1.5GB?

I'm now in the possession of a 512MB stick of PC3200 RAM.

I currently have 1GB in my machine, but havent bothered bumping it up to 2GB as I plan to go C2D in the future.

My overclock is working on the RAM divider, and my current ram isn't performance ram, so would I see a benefit from adding this stick to my box?

I thought dual channel offers a 5% boost at best?

Would 50% increase in capacity not offset that?

As I said, I'm not pushing my ram, it is running at stock with the divider making my FSB 250mhz.

Why not chuck it in and see if it make your computer perform better? Best thing to do really...
