So a recent question on the game show "The 1% club" has caused a lot of arguing over the answer, stating that one of the given answers is 'not an animal'

The question is:

Without reordering any of the letters in this sequence, how many animals appear in the following sequence?

PHEASANTORTOISEALION

For fun, see if you can get the answers in the 30secs given on the show

There are SIX:

PHEASANT
ANT
TORTOISE
SEAL
SEALION
LION

People (who are wrong) are trying to argue that ANT isn't an animal as it's an insect

where is this arguing occuring? In the PR notices posted by the shows promoters by any chance?

I've never watched it but I'll guarantee after a show Facebook will have posts saying "Everybody is saying the same about a 1% question" :)
Just click bait I reckon.

Until I posted this I'd just seen it on a local forum that has a quizzing section (pub quizzes etc)

People are retards.

Probably the smartest thing you've ever posted.

I watched one Friday night I got every question apart from the 1% question.

I have got the 1% question a couple of times as well.

Definitely helps though if you've seen it a few times they have similar trends in the questions.

I'll watch it if I'm not working.

Annoyingly sometimes the 10 or the 5 percent question will take me out of the game then the 1% question will come and I instantly get it
