Just wondering if 140mm fan at the back is enough to move hot air out of my case.At the moment my top 2x140mm fans are exhuast as well but wondering how well they would do as intake.

Case: Corsair 650D
fans: coolermaster megaflow 200mm (front intake)
2xSilverstone 140mm (top exhaust/intake)
Thermalright TY-147 140mm (rear exhaust)

Only way to tell is to try. I might try having the rear roof fan as exhaust and the front one as intake as well. Run prime for 30mins, let it rest for 15mins, change it up and repeat. See what gives you the best results. Your gpu is going to be dumping a fair bit of wattage into the case though, and the 650D is reasonably closed (not covered in acres of mesh), so that much positive pressure may not be ideal if there's nowhere for it to go (may end up restricting airflow a bit).

No, far better have them as exhaust as this will give you better air flow throw the case. Your 140mm fans might not be good enough to give you a good positive air pressure, my case works on positive air pressure 2x180mm fans Silverstone FTO1 case.
