1 fan not controlable

Hi,

Have turned my PC on today and 1 of my fans are running at full speed (3000rpm) but the other 3 are controllable

All 4 fans connected to the same fan splitter and controlled via BIOS but the front intake fan is not and running at full speed.

Have tried different splitter cable, Sata power cable, different fan resetting BIOS but nothing is slowing down the fan.

Any ideas as the other 3 fans are running at the speed set IN BIOS.

Never mind, noticed 1 of the connector pins were slightly bent on the splitter cable.
