1 FPS!?

Started playing call of duty AW and am getting ridiculosuly low fps.
Parts should hanfdle it well even on max settings.
Temps are good too)

4960x
3x titan b
64gb ddr3

please help

Mordor ME runs okish i guess. But call of duty is seriously taking the ****.

Logic. used fraps before though.Deleted it as it slows the frames a bit

Just reformated with 8.1 only thing installed is anti virus, steam games and drivers for nvidia and hd audio.
Wtf
Disabled sli and am still getting same speed, as if it was only running on one card.
Again what idealy should I use to check gpu usage pls?
