1 Gig of ram more better?

I have 1 gig of corsair 3200 in a NF7 MB with dual channel enabled.

Is it worth getting either 1/2 gig or 1 gig more?

I play il2 forgotten battles and pacific fighters and BF2.

I dont download movies or music or do any photo stuff.

has anyone noticed any improvements playing games with more than a gig of ram?

BF2 is a lot better. can turn the tectures right up to max with 2gb ram
