if mb does those beeps on every gpu(including integrated), ram slots can it mean its nb damage? It wont boot, just black screen. It was booting and working fine before, but person to which i sold it says it wont boot no matter what and at rma they told its nb issue for 90% and it couldnt be damaged during transport. So how? I just took it out my case and put into antistatic foil before sending it, how it could be damaged?

its m4a785td v evo. 1 long and 2 short mean usually video card issue or ram, but both are fine, and mobo was running integrated graphics card for nearly 2 years with no issues so if pci express was damaged it would boot from integra, right?

Holy moly thats a lot of info without giving much info :D

Is this a mobo you sold on and are having issues with the buyer? If anything it sounds like the ram they used?

yes, buyer has issues with it. i sold mobo + phenom cpu + 5gb of ram. He tested cpu and ram on his own mobo and it worked fine, but it wont boot from my mobo which i sold to him. At my house it was working fine, whole pc(mobo, ram, cpu, integrated graphics). RMA service says its northbridge issue and it couldnt be damaged during transport indicating my fault, but how i could damage it when i just put it out of my case, cleaned cpu and then put it into antistatic foil.

5gb ram?

Anyway im sure you have as much right as the buyer to settle this. Why would he test it outside your mobo first if you sold it as a set tested working?

Best thing to do is not get short tempered as this tends to reduce times things get done just reason with him and explain to put things back as they were.

I hope you made notes\picutres of serial numbers etc as they could be pulling a fast one!

Look in the manual or online and it should tell you what the beeps are referring too.

beeps refering to faulty video card or ram, but both are fine. i sold cpu, ram and motherboard at one package. mobo wasnt booting at start he put it together. Then he put cpu and ram to his own motherboard and theye were working fine. then he took it to pc store and they told him its 90% northbridge fault and it couldnt be damaged during transport indicating my fault. Problem is mobo was working fine before i send it and idk if i should take whole set back and return money or what. He doesnt seem like he wants to screw me over, but for him whole set didnt boot since the beginning and it was booting for me.

Ask him to send the board back and you'll refund him the difference and then get it replaced under warranty?

Unsure how they came to the conclusion (at the PC store) that it was a NB issue, that's quite a difficult and specific conclusion to come to? Could possibly be that the motherboard pins are bent?

Talk to your customer and come to an agreement, if the board is broke then claim back from delivery as it's been damaged in transit, assuming you had insurance.

Make sure if they do send it back, it's your board and not a random other.

no, it wasnt under insurance. Its old board and whole set was bought at early 2010 so it has not any warranty.
