well my friend bought a LG 32" LCD on boxing day and it broke earlier this week. was bought from a big high street shop, they i was speaking to him yesterday and they are refusing to replace it, instead they are only going to repair it.
surely this is not allowed, if it is under a year old does it not qualify for a replacement?
