The front looks like some bad kids photoshop! The lights and the way the front angles forward like its a fat belly over hang just looks appalling!

That would appear to be the 116i - £2000 cheaper (Whereas the 118i is only £1500 less than the 125i) and only 1 second slower to 60. You've been at pains to tell us how unimportant 0-60 is to you, after all.
 
It would look way way WAY nicer if it had sharper creases and the headlights were smaller in height, as it is, it just looks bubbly with big eyes like it's tripping.

Go amend the order with the 125 and visi pack and you'll never have that niggling feeling throughout the time you have the car! It'll be worth it in the long run.

DAT colour though. Lovely.

Do they still do these in 3 and 5 door variants? The 3 door on the old 1 series looked pretty awesome.

But you've stated that you don't really care about the performance and do care about the cost?

I just hope you don't change your mind 6 months after buying it. That would suck.

Out of interest, what engine model is in these things? I take it these dont suffer any coil & injector crapness (4 cyl version)?
 
It is a brand new engine - the N13. It is too new to know much about reliability yet. It is direct injection like the previous engines.
 
Just ordered an F20 M sport, 120d Auto with driver comfort pack, folding mirrors, rain sensing wipers, full black panel and lumbar support. Would have liked more options but had to set and stick to a budget. Went for Glacier Silver, wonder if I should have gone for the Estoril Blue. never been that keen on Blue and the dealer wont have an M sport in Blue until next month so would have been ordering a bit blind. Have seen F20's in White, Grey, Black and Silver and thought the Silver looked the best. Expecting delivery in June.
 
Nice - good to see more people going for the new 1 M-Sport :)
I've ordered my car without seeing the colour in the metal but it looks amazing on other cars.

I've seen a few as well and it doesn't look any better in the flesh unfortunately. It's not horrible but I'm not a fan.
 
I think the standard models look great. I'm yet to see an M-Sport - they look even better.
