Picked up last Thursday and the replacement is already on its way to me, I hope OcUK will be as quick with my monitor
Yeah I had an email on saturday saying mine was already on the way back. Annoying as it hasn't come yet and i've been putting off playing rockband in case I don't hear the door.
Hopefully tommmorow.

i get the red ring all the time... then it just starts workign again.
My hard drive packed in yesterday, unfortunately the standard warrenty for my 360 has expired so I had to buy a new one. I'm hoping it comes soon or I'll have a copy of GoW2 sitting around on release day with no 360 to play it on 
In the meantime I'm playing through Fallout on the PS3 and thoroughly enjoying it, so my 360 isn't too sorely missed.

My launch 360 died 2 days ago with GPU Failure (Screen went green .. then gone, no output at all) .. no red rings, no error messages.. just no output.
Gonna cost me £60 to get it repaired or buy a new one =( Freaking sucks, why cant i get a common fault?
I had exactly the same problem, did the X-clamp mod, which cost me all of £7 from B&Q and now it works fine again.
