1 year old Jade Reflex wont turn on

Bought a Jade Reflex in November 2022 from Overclockers, its been great, works excellent. Went to turn on the pc today and nothing , no power, no lights nothing.

The last thing I used it for was Unity Vrchat world building and testing, the system was barely under any strain as its a 5 minute test of anything I've added to.my world builds.


I've tried a different 10Amp fuse and still no power.


How do I go about contacting Overclockers for possible returns repair as its still under the 3 year warranty.

You usually call them first and they will troubleshoot over the phone.

What psu is in it ?

I always thought they came with golds according to the listing

If it turns out to be the PSU I highly advise upgrading the PSU to a quality unit but not another kolink.

You may have to pay the difference but it would be worth it imo.

just get in contact with ocuk customer service and send it back for them to diagnose
that's what you pay good money for that 3-year warranty for

(as long as you're sure your wall socket and kettle lead is ok lol)
