10.4a drivers link.

I tried looking for it and found the ati list but it doesn't have any of the hotfix drivers. Was 10.4a a hotfix or a preview driver? I seem to remember there being a set with and an A and B preview.
 
difference between a and b anyone? And do they contain the Crossfire profiles?

Are the BC2 loading times OK with these?

10.4a is slow loading on BFbc2 but i think theres a profile avi that sorts it
10.4b is fast loading BFbc2 but this is the first driver that up's the 2d clock to 400/1200 from 157/300 if you have overdrive enabled
i use 10.4b as i dont OC my cards so i can leave overdrive disabled to retain 157/300 2d clocks. i get v/nice CF scaling with either driver

I thought the 10.5's with the hotfix were the drivers to use, not 10.4.

I thought they still give the high idle?

Though I have just setup Afterburner with a default 2D profile (which allows full downclocking) and then overclocked 3d profile, runs fine for me on 10.8
