10 Days Since launch and no que position tracker

if the list is wrong thats fine im not judging my order soley based on that nor am i canceling its just helping so props to the guy that made that, if someone could explain why the list is putting people further back in it would be helpful as thats the all the info we have
like everyone else here waiting on OC for new info

Because more people are adding data to it, but orders are also being cancelled, queues switched (this list doesn't know about either), so the list is really becoming even less accurate over time.
 
Also, the queue positions have been constantly changing, with the swapping, and the keeping of the queue positions (allegedly), as that meant, say, you were 25th in the queue for the Asus TUF, then Gibbo posts in the update thread, a shipment coming in of the Asus TUFs tomorrow, you think great, i might get my card, as im only 25th in the queue, there may be more than that coming in, but you wont, as everyone else whos ordered other cards, and ordered those other cards before you ordered the Asus, have also seen Gibbos post, and are now going, oh, Asus coming in, im gona swap over, see if im lucky, thus when they do, they've all gone ahead of you.

Nah, it's just a number based on rough community provided data, and it doesn't know about dispatches, cancellations, etc, so it's less than accurate. I don't think you can take more from it than "I'm probably quite early in the queue", "I might be midway" or "Oh no I'm way down".

Wait for the actual information, which apparently (from people talking to customer support, and no - don't call them) is coming this week.

Yeah, I am surprised even mods forward people asking about queue position to that list.

Honestly i think the part that annoys me the most ignoring the complete lack of communication is the fact they took the money already.

Most companies don't take the money until just before dispatch, meaning they don't have to issue refunds in the event of a cancellation, meaning also if you find another retailer unless you have another £700 you can't buy because you're money is tied up.

And to add salt they still have preorders open, every other retailer has taken theirs down until they have cleared the current backlog.
