The first tablet that seems to have this new CPU/GPU is

HTC have one due out Q1 of 2011 that might have Chrome OS

The Toshiba Folio 100 is now in stock a certain national PC retailer for £329 (certain stores anyway!). I'm going to take a look this evening.

Had a quick look at the Toshiba Folio 100 yesterday. Its noticeably heavier than an IPad, and not quite as responsive - but its £100 less. The lack of Flash out of the box was a little concerning. I'd have like to have seen how it handles IPlayer HD etc. Hopefully it might come down a bit in price in the Christmas sales.

I had a play with this is the purp shirts shop in Maidstone alongside a Samsung Galaxy Tab. The Folio was so unresponsive to touch, my LG GT540 with a mediocre resistive screen is so much more responsive to touch inputs! The folio would often need several touches to open an app and opening apps was so laggy. I was seriously not impressed by the Toshiba, I will try the Vega tablet when it comes into stock but at the moment I am not to impressed with Android tablets.
