What is the cheapest way of getting xp for 10 pc's?

Open Value is an option but they're upgrade only. IMO, stick with OEM.

just remember that OEM licences are for new machines only and buying them for current machines actually make them invalid.

not aslong as you change the mouse or keyboard and do a refresh install (strip clean and rebuild)
