100-240v Question

Hi I am considering taking my desktop to Japan with me however the standard voltage is 100v and my power supply (thermaltake toughpower 1000w) says 110-240 compliant, same deal with my monitor. Will they be ok in japan with this 10v discrepancy?

It's only 10% so would be fine.

Is the PSU also 50/60Hz though? Apparently some areas are 50 Hz and others are 60 Hz.

Uk is 50hz standard i think and i am in the west of Japan, Sapporo so im thinking 50hz will be fine, just don't want to blow up my new rig when i get it here.
