100% CPU load help!!

Hi all,

recently i have been getting 100% cpu load in windows not doing anything i opend task manger and im getting a " dumprep.exe " thats opened about 4 or 5 time fully loading my cpu anyone know how i can get rid of this process, if i termanate it it just comes back later on

Seems like it is writing about details of a major system failure to a log file. linky

Im guessing it could be highlighting some sort of serious system hardware/software problem.
