£100 for a new gfx card?

Heya all,

Got £100 to spend on an upgrade. Im running a x1950 pro but it just seems to die after 10 mins of every game in vista. Drivers dont help so i prosume its an over heating problem.

What can i or should i get for around £100. Im running a e6600 in a DS3 with G.Skill 2GB DDR2 PK PC2-6400C4.

Suggestions appreciated.

yea i saw that, how does it compare to a 8800GT or the x1950 pro?

this one has double the memory and is the same price.

It's LOADS better than the x1950pro...around twice the performance. It gets trounced by the 8800GT but is still quite a good performer and about 60-70 quid less than the 8800GT.

brilliant seems like the one for me, no known dodgy problems in vista is there? as my x1950 pro has caused me so much grief no cs no coh, only 1998 games

I use my 3850 with Vista and it works wonderfully.
