ASUS Z97-A mobo, i5-4670, 32GB RAM, Windows 10
Boot drive: 1TB SSD
Data drive(s): 2 x 2TB SSDs in RAID1
Back in March, one of the HDDs in the array reported a fault so I replaced both of them with SSDs. No problems, everything worked fine and is a lot quicker.
Except Hyper-V. The VMs are hosted on the RAID array (as they were when I still had HDDs in the array). Now when I'm running Hyper-V I often get 100% disk usage on the array. This slows the the VMs down to a crawl and is somewhat annoying, to put it mildly. It doesn't last for the entire time I connect to the VMs but it does happen often.
Any tips, anyone?
