£100 "upgrade" for 2500K Build

Hey up,

Need some advice here. I've got £100 to spend on a build where I need to get a case and a motherboard. The build is an i5 2500k paired with a 6870 and 8gb of ram along side an SSD (already have a PSU). I've a spare £100 to see if I can get it to a working state.

What case and motherboard will work with this i5? Don't care if its ATX/M-ATX or not. Also, if it can be done for cheap, is there enough left for a CPU cooler?

As long as the board comes with IO shield plate, then that is all that matters. The drivers can be downloaded and SATA cables are ten a penny.
