£100 upgrade help?

I have a dell xps and some leftover cash and my graphics card seams to have been dieing over the last few months... runnign slower on games and the fan it nearly going to 100% while playing crysis dirt2 and grid so im thinking on a new graphics card or maby a motherboard or somthing anything to push me up to medium low on crysis with a decent fps. i have £100 quid to spend and maby pushing to 150 or 200-250 next month.
specs of my crappy dell

8800 gt 512mb

Q6600 @ 2.4 Ghz cant oc because of dell bios

3 gigs of 667Mhz ram 2, 1g and 2, 512 mb

2 320 gig drives in raid 0 with 1 error on each with nothing seams to fix

creative gamer sound card

22" hp 1080p screen

vista 32bit home premium which is a piece of crap

dont know the motherboard make

dont know the power supply rating

so what would be the best upgrade parts to get and whether to wait till next month or not ?

If the OP got a new mobo could they OC the Q6600?

To be honest the thing you need to do is make sure the gpu will fit if you have room for a large card which would be a suprise if there is with a minstream system.

If so then for £99 the 4870 from overclockers will give you plenty of bang for your buck.
