Arh been looking for ages at different boards for a conroe setup and still havnt came to a conclusion so many factors. I was waiting for the 590 chipset but have decided not the wait as my other system has busted. The mother board seems to be the big issue oh and not to mention which graphics card.
Factors i would like you to consider:
I game a lot and i want oblivion to run as best a possible as a guide to my spec.
Iv got £1000 to spend give or take abit.
Hard Drives iv got so dont need to worry about those.
I run a resolution of 1280x1024.
E6600 seems to be the processor i should go for.
I dont need wifi onboard.
Will the 360w PSU do? Iv got an old Tagan 480-U01 i could use from an 478
Shopping list should consist of:
Processor (E6600?)
Better than Stock Cooler
Motherboard
Ram
Graphics Card
Case and PSU (like the look of the Asus TA-210 Series (Black) - 360W PSU)
