£1000 core i5 build ( same thread as before but more money on specs)

I just finished talking to my dad and he wotn mind if i helped him out on the new pc build. his maximum Bugdet was £600 however i can chip in £400

so can you please spec me a intel core i5 build with, OS, Keyboard, monitor (19 inch or above), Mouse and good graphics card.

IF you look at my Post you will see i will build my own soon, so he wants me to build him one! This pc will mainly be used for the happuage HD PVR capture card and editing HD gameplay videos, stuff like that.

i Lol'd i used to say this when i was like 12

I work in B&Q and get like £1200 a month after taxes plus i dont smoe, drink or go out, i just play sports with my friends thats it i probs spend around £10 a week lolz
