A buddy of mine is looking to get into PC Gaming. He has a budget of £1000 for a full system including monitor, keyboard, mouse etc

He's had a bit of a look around but isn't sure what his best options are but he'd prefer a Ryzen CPU if possible.

What's the best spec he can get with that budget?
