Got £1000 to build a PC up for a friends lad, so far come up with this:
I've always used Intel processors before myself, but the price and performance difference is making ryzen hard to beat from what I can see. I've got a 1tb sata drive to use from his old PC for storage but nothing else in it worth salvaging.
The list of games he says he plays or wants to play is as follows:
CS GO, PlayerUnknowns Battlefields, Dayz, Arms and Arma. From a quick look at those I think that spec should cope with it and more hopefully.
Anything which would benefit changing or swapping out?
