1000 POUNDS FOR UPGRADING

Your system is still pretty good, only thing I can think of is a SSD drive or new monitor.

I7 setup wouldn't increase his gaming performance that much, so I wouldn't bother mate.

An 128gb ssd is a good buy I would say :) New mouse and keyboard maybe? Sound card and speakers?

If you only game mate, then an i7 wouldn't be worth it, but if you do video encoding etc aswell, then i7 would be a good choice :D

Haha, well I would get an ssd mate, they show so much improvement over a standard 7200rpm drive :) You could go for an eye finity setup if you have the space, you have the gear :D

EDIT: Windows 7 is so much more better than vista, I thought vista was a load of bull, bsod's etc, no problems with windows 7, rock solid and also offers dx11 :D

You could also look into a new case, I herd you said you are watercooled, new case could be a good buy unless you already have a Corsair 800d or Silvestone Tj07 :p

SSDs are so much better than Raptors. If both graphics cards and cpu are already watercooled then more watercooling probably isn't the answer. I'd probably go for a htpc, but failing that spend the lot on a raid card and some ssds.
