Hi guys, a friend is wanting a 'gaming' pc. Only thing is, he doesn't have any thing, so it would have to be a complete build, he originally suggested £700 all in but I didn't think it would leave much in the way of the actual components, i don't know though so I'm hoping you guys can help with a set up.

Thanks :)

EDIT: To add, he also asked for wireless keyboard and mouse

Brilliant, thanks guys.

I have built a couple in the past and confident in doing so, I'm just not so sure my friend would have the confidence in me :D I've messaged him so when he takes a break (Truck driver) he can let me know.

Thanks.

Got an answer. He would be happy for me to help built computer out of components rather than a pre built.

:D

Great system. Will still have to purchase an OS but that wont be much more, what one do you recommend? He should be more than happy with that set up. Games he likes to play are Kerbal Space Programme and Train Sim 2014. Thanks a bunch :D

He plays them because they only just about run on his current PC, so with a more capable computer he said he will more than likely buy more games.

Save making a new thread, anyone fancy suggesting a gaming rig with a budget of £2500? I've been looking at the Ultima 460i Scimitar V2 pre build, so would love something similar I could build at home, I would need a monitor and os but mouse and keyboard I could add on top of price.

Thanks guys, you have been super helpful and hopefully my friend buys the components soon!!!

Couple of great systems guys, thanks. I'm going to have to finalise a few things and then I can start purchasing some gear.

Thanks again :D
