£1000 Spec (Quiet)

Need help putting together a spec for my wife. We have a budget of £1000, preferably not more for a full system and monitor. We have a copy of windows and a 500gb HD that can be used (no ssd). No need for keyboard, mouse etc, just the tower and monitor.

The one condition is that the build should be as quiet as possible. I was thinking something like 6600k, r9 380 and 144hz monitor?

Thats good then and explains the gfx card+monitor.

What ive shown should be quiet, bequiet have a reputation for that and I have used a windowed version of that case and its stupidly quiet.

I hope the PSU+free cooler follow suit.
