SLI 670s for Rog PG279Q 1440p
Resurrecting this thread.
Think i'm going to purchase a rog 27" 1440p. Will SLI 670's be enough to get the best out of the monitor? Considered the 4k rog but based on what I've read the 670's won't cut it and 4k on 27" isn't worth it?
Figured I'd hold out for the next Nvidia cards and not buy a 980ti, Polaris? Current spec below.
i5-3750K @ 3.8Ghz
SLI GTX 670 MSI OC Edition
Antec TruePower Modular 750W
Gigabyte Z77X-UD3H Intel Z77 DDR3 Motherboard
Fractal Design Arc Midi Tower Case
Akasa AK-CC4008HP01 Venom Voodoo CPU Cooler
GeIL EVO Leggera 8GB (2x4GB)
Samsung 128GB SSD 840 PRO
Samsung 250GB SSD 840 EVO
Crucial M4 SSD - 64GB
WD 500GB HDD
Samsung S24B300BS 24" Widescreen LED Monitor
What do you guys think?
