Hey all,

I'm looking to build a PC and need some advice. I've built many times before but not looked at hardware for around 4 years now so my knowledge is out of date

I don't play too many games but I want to be able to download and play something like Cities Skylines or Don't Starve without having to worry about how it will run. (Doesn't have to be set to max, but don't want to be turning down to low & disabling shaddows)

I've got a budget of around £1,000 although this is flexible

I'll be looking for a new monitor, but that's not included in the budget.

I'd also like it to be quiet and not too large if possible.

I'd like it to look nice (hidden cables, stealthy colours e.g. black)

As mentioned, budget flexible but target is under £1k.
