$10000 dell, dude!

Haha. $10,000 and possibly the cheesiest, most tacky looking PC ever. I'd be ashamed to have that thing on display!

i believe its quad sli cards... 4 seperate cards, ive seen them before in testing yes they only use 2 pci slots for some reason..no idea. but nothing ocuk would match it.

I seen news of this a while back and they where tight lipped on the pricing, now i can see why, although i would but it just for the custom paint job, looks immense.

I thought u'd like that link! ;)

Just looking at the 360' view, looks like its got 2 * 80mm in the bottom, not cool dude (too noisy).

ok whats going on here? when i last saw this it had quad sli 7800GTX 512MB cards and a Pentium Extreme Edition 955 @ 4.2Ghz.. have they updated the spec or sumin?

Considering the dell is much better than this, and is about £1k more, its not a bad deal

You could always get a 360 and PS3 for games and get a nice Mac quad processor G5 running twin 30" displays!?!?!? That would soon wipe out your £10K budget!!!! :D

I've just gotten to £15,396 and thats for the quad G5 with 2 x 500GB HDDs, 2 x 30" displays, an NVIDIA QUADRO FX 5400 graphics card and most importantly, 16GB DDR2!!!!!!!!!!!

We'll all look back on this in five years time and laugh. I'd be wary of investing more than £2,500 in a single computer; give it a year and it'll be worth a third of that... ;)

well why go Intel for a gaming rig in the first place............... ooopppss of course its Dell (hopefully they start selling AMD soon, even in limited w/s or server lines )

2ndly nice rig, but wayyyy tooo expensive and as stated above toooo louddd

30" monitor too big to use on desktop imo, so go for a decent 24" ( or even dual 24"'s ) and a projector for when mates come over!!!

What a dire state of affairs it is when one really top quality pc manu (Alienware) gets bought by an Intel only company - and yes I would still mind if it was an AMD only company. Alienware have been excellent for a number of years, but I am guessing they will have to limit their lines now if the Dell buyout is true

It's true, but dell are running it as a Wholey Owned Subsidary, so in thery they will just keep doing what they are doing.

There have also been reports that Dell will start selling AMD's soon etc.

Still they'd have to go a long way to stack up to the quality / brand of OCuk ;)

Val.

Not impressed tbh. That rig might look good but its definatly CPU bottlenecked. Not worth the money.

Give me a FX60, Single Phase Change unit, DFI NF4 Expert, 2x XFX 7900 GTX EE XXX's, Watercooling for the GPU's, 2GB of Mushy redlines and a 30" Dell :D

Now lets see how Dell can take on that... no parrison.
