1000w corsair swift enough for 7950x3d 4090 + 7600(gpu)

long story but will my 1000w cut it or should i upgrade ? running a dual gpu set up 7950x3d 4090 + 7600(gpu)

Swift? Do you mean shift?

I'd go for it.

Average power consumption on TPU for the 7950X3D is pretty low (less than 100 for apps and 56 for games) and the 4090 / 7600 shouldn't trouble a 1000 watt PSU (stock the 4090 is only around 350 and the 7600, 150).
