100MB system reserved partition

I just noticed that the 100MB win 7 system reserved partition is on my samsung eco green backup drive rather than my ssd boot disk. Is this a problem? What is the partition used for?

I suddenly thought that it might be slowing my whole computer down to have it on there rather than on the ssd.

I am guessing that the samsung eco was in your first sata port and the ssd was in your second sata port when you installed windows?

It doesnt slow down your computer at all
