Which graphics card would be good for 1024x768 resolution for the upcoming games?

Mid/High settings on games is what i'm looking for

Whats the rest of your pc spec first? With a 1024 res monitor chances are you might have some old hardware which would bottleneck a good gpu!

Well im going to reuse the monitor but not the computer, i will be getting i3 or an Intel Core i5-3450S 2.80GHz.

Yep budget for the whole build, and do you plan on overclocking the cpu? If so you will need a K one.

Any reason for such a small monitor? You can get a decent Dell 22" for £130.

A 5770/6770 would be overkill but can be had for around £60 but to be honest your better of ipgradkng your monitor.
