So is it the cryorig c7 or Noctua nh-l9i

Its in a small buy we'll vented case, for gaming.

Edit, I've just seen I have room for a Raijintek pallos, I assume this would be the better option?

Go for the pallas they do a 120mm and a 140mm version.
