1055T cpu build help

I am going to change from my Q6600 and do a build with the Phenom 1055t cpu. I am going to need the cpu, ram and a board on a budget of around £300.

What do people suggest going for?

If your not ocing or dont need usb 3 etc.. then just go for the cheapest 8 chipset amd board and the cheapest ddr3 ram kit

Im not bothered about usb 3 but i would like to overclock. So far have come up with
