Only noticed today but my vcore has changed.

I updated to bios FF a couple of weeks ago on my Gigabyte GA890 GPA motherboard and am sure that the vcore was reported at 1.475V for this cpu, it always was previously. Anyway as usual I offset the vcore by -0.100V to make 1.375V.

Today it came up with an overclocking failed message and so I booted into the bios and saw immediately that the vcore was reported at 1.325V with my offset becoming 1.225V. I am running at 3.5GHz.

So I removed the offset and it is running prime stable at 1.325V so all is OK, all voltages are now auto.

I am perplexed. I would have needed to set up the bios after the update and would have noticed the change I am sure. So what has happened?
