106 1.5d Tuning?

Is it possible to tune one of these?

My mate has just picked one up for a stupidly cheap price and reckons it has tuning potential to take it to 65-70bhp.

I said all he could do was adjust the fuel pump as there is no turbo.

I'm not sure they're any easier / better to tune than any other NASP deisel.

I told him to spend a little more and get a 1.9dt 306.

He wouldn't have it though.
