1080 - Best Fan?

inno3d Is pretty good according to some
Asus is not bad either

define best though?

Installed my Gigabyte 1080 G1 gaming last night, very quiet even under load. Probably one of the cheapest 1080's on OC at the moment as well.
 
Evga 1080 acx was my first evega card. I would now not look at any other company if I was buying a nividia card.

When things don't go to plan you find out how good a company is.

I also installed my g1 gaming. Amazed at how quiet and cool it stays! Coming from crossfire 280x's my pc is now near silent!!

I suspect the cards from gigybite, evga asus its not so much the fan but the woosh of air pulled through the case you will hear.

Go with whatever comes up in reviews as quite at the cheapest price. It wont be the fan you hear.
 
Palit GameRock Premium is probably the best all rounder in this 1080 roundup. Same cooler as the Palit Super JetStream and Gainward Phoenix. It is supremely quiet at load with the latest bios and it's rare for the fans to go over 1200rpm fully loaded.

The main minus points are that although it has great cooling and sound levels, it's a very chunky 2.5 slots heat sink. Also, the two year warranty is a lot worse than the Zotac 5 year warranty (if you register within 30 days).
