1080 Ti full at idle

Strange problem my GC is at full speed on idle , i can only get it down by opening GPUZ , when closing GPUZ it returns to full speed.

Isn't there that setting in Nvidia Control Panel that dictates whether GPU enters low power states or whether it stays in constant full clocks? Power consumption mode or something similar?

Unless said person has changed that as default is optimal power.

If you're running multiple 144hz monitors it won't down clock either. I switched my 2nd monitor to 120hz and that solved it.
