1080p Flip like camcorder?

Decent audio is a must, have seen soo many of these things which have good video but poor audio.

Is the market for these things just REALLY competitive or is there something else going on?

Models which sell well seem to most often get abandoned by their manufacturer.

There is definitely a market for 1080p solid state Camcorders which do not cost the same as a full price camcorder.

Has anyone rolled a decent digital camera/1080p camcorder into one yet?
