1080p high refresh rate question...

Hi from Greece!
Quick question: I'm looking to upgrade my 1070 rig (rest of system: 9700K, 16Gb 3600Ram). I game @ 1080p with a 144Hz monitor. Which upgrade do you recommend, in order to have something like 120-140 fps at max settings? 3070? 3070 ti? 3060ti wont achieve what i'm after i think...

That is my line of thought generally... Get a GPU one tier above absolute minimum needed, enjoy games @ high refresh rates at 1080p, preferably with RTX on (would like to see it and form an opinion), keep 9700K, and when budget allows upgrade monito to 1440p 144Hz. Bearing these in mind i am considering 3060ti wont suffice, 3070is good, 3070 ti is more abundant and at the same price, 6700Xt is also a choice but inferior at the RT department...
Do 3070 ti temps/power consumption bother you? Please remember i live in Greece!
