1080p monitor for maximum £250

Hello good people of OCUK

I was wondering of I could use your knowledge regarding monitors.

My friend was very impressed with a 27" I own and is very keen on getting one for himself.

He has £250 to throw at one and will only be playing in 1080p max due to hardware setup playing World of Warcraft and I would not imagine he will upgrade any time soon.

Could you kindly advise a decent monitor for under £250 and bigger than 27" flat screen.

AOC seem to have some nice screens on offer this week.

The Freesync panel could be handy if he has a suitable AMD card that supports Freesync, the other two are IPS so nice colours.

Well m8, if he's an AMD fan then I'd def go for the AOC G2770PF as it's both a fast screen and supports Freesync for when he upgrades his card in the future. Just Google that model number and you should hit under his budget

IPS blows TN out of the water in terms of colour reproduction.

It also has one of the lowest input lag tested
