I have just loaded some 1080p movies via flashdrive on to my dads pc and am getting stuttering and was wondering if his gpu was upto it . He is using a 512mb ati x1800 xt along with a 3.2 ghz core2duo and 4 gb memory. what do you lot recon ??

Just had a look its actually a x1900 xt ... THe file is a mpeg 4 file so should play in Wmp which it does on mine but not on his ??. He is using vista 64 though and not win7 64 like me .. and having to play in quicktime or realplayer ...
