1080p to iphone 4

Hey im looking for a application that will convert my ripped blu rays at about 10GB in size down to the iphone resolution and reduce the size to about 500MB

i have tried using handbrake but it is painfully slow for me even though i have my i5 2500k @4.6GHZ

Could anyone advise on a program that will use all the cores on the i5

Handbrake, you wont find anything faster outside of CUDA/Quicksync tbh.

This is where a 2600k is nice, Handbrake makes good use of HT.

Handbrake does use all cores. You could try mediacoder NT, it uses the graphics card to convert the file. No idea if it works on both ati and nvidia cards though, and i suspect the quality will be awful.

Can't really get anything better than Handbrake. Although compressing to 500mb might help with the slowdown... Maybe try a bigger size? Unless your iPhone doesn't have that much memory.
