Anyone know any free (not trialware) or cheap methods for uploading iPhone 4S video to YouTube in all its 1080p glory? The uploader on the phone only does 720p and if you upload the files saved by iPhoto you get 480p.

PS - I filmed it the right way around this time too. Utterly bizarre of Apple to add support for shooting with the volume buttons but forget that you have to shoot with the buttons under the phone to get the result the right way around. :/
