Main use gaming? For any streaming, rendering etc there's an argument for the Ryzen 1700, even though the 1600X is already pretty good at that too. Since you're going to game at 1440p not 1080p you'll see pretty close to the same frames as with an i7-7700K.

some extra left to beef up PSU to a better brand or get the OS NVMe to 256Gb if needs be. Overclock the 1600 to 1600x or higher levels and the 240 AIO will keep it cool. along with 2 fans at the bottom blowing directly on to the GPU and an exit fan at the rear
