Hi All finished a new build parts from OC, So I installed two games for testing (Division 2 & Death Stranding) CPU temp goes from 80s to high 90's and get a hard lock I have tracked this down to Intel Turbo Boost Technology.
If I disable it in the bios system seems stable temps 60-70's in games and idle it's @ 27 - 30c according to Realtemp it says CPU is hitting 5.2 MHz but MSI Afterburner says 3.6 MHz

Gigabyte Z490-UDAC
i9 10850k
16gig T-Force 4000
RTX 3090
Cosair H115i

Clean install of windows 10 x64, No overclocks all default, Power profile balanced (default) Reset CPU and cooler and redone thermal paste, Flashed latest bios F6c, Latest drivers installed

Do you have MCE enabled? Sounds like its trying to boost 5.2ghz all core.

With the Ram set @3600 MSI Afterburner say's CPU is 4800MHZ so id say its a bug with the bios even though the T-Force 4000 ram is certified on the Gigabyte Z490-UDAC support list.
The F6c bios does have fix's for G.SKILL 4000 RGB memory stability so will post on Gigabyte forums.
