108Mbps speed on a DG834 Netgear Router

I see the number 108 on the router page background.

I got a wireless 802.11 b/g and n adapter

on the router page I have selected auto 108mbps but yet my connect is still 54mbps

how do I get it to 108 on this router? is it because my adapter is not "super g?"

The 108Mbps only works with Netgear adapters. It's not 802.11N. Also, you can't mix 108Mbps and regular 802.11a/b/g.

DAMN SUPER G!!!!!!!

I've got that virgin router coming out soon hopefully that'll give me the full speed of 802.11n!
