I was just wondering if my 1090t was running properly, i overclocked it to 4.12ghz with 257x16 ratio @ 1.45vcore
*stable so far*
the ram = corsair xms 4gb 1600mhz is running at something like 1712mhz at 1.65v
the documentation that i got with my asus evo mobo said that the ram would run at 1600mhz with 1.65v

currently at idle it runs around 36degress, true reading from bios aind asus Ai suite 11
@ load with prime 95, its around 58degrees.

I also have a h60 cooler with just one stock fan in a push config, I plan to upgrade to 2 gentle thypoons for christmas, but kinda broke atm..

This is my first build n first overclock, so I was wondering if anyone had any advice to get more performance out of it and if i am doing anything wrong

thankss

Id bet my mutts that you could get 4.2 out of the 1090t ^^

Right you are, i have had this up to 4.2ghz but during 30mins of stressing, 2/6 cores had an error
I think a little more voltage n little better cooling, it can be done

Plus i have seen people with a clock of 4.5ghz but at 1.57v!

Got my 1090t @ 4 (16 x 250) for 24/7 Awesome chip, with ram @ 2000Mhz, NB 2500 HT 2250. Had to up the volts a little tho 1.4v and NB 1.2v

Have been to 4.2, But crashes back to desktop after an hour of gameing, Over 4 is not worth the agro for 2 or 3 FPS in my opinion.

I was going bulldozer, but Meh, there ya go!

You are right about the instabilty at 4.2ghz
I tweeked it a little bit and turned down the vcore to 1.43. Ghz
